A newly built 900 m² residence, with Austrend engaged from the early stages of construction. The owners came to us with a clear picture of how they wanted the home to work — not isolated smart products added later, but one integrated system designed in from day one.

Our approach
How we shaped the solution
Austrend's pre-sales team held two three-way meetings with the client and the builder, covering product selection, budget control, and final design review.
Austrend's engineering team coordinated closely with the builder to lock in the construction timeline, keeping the smart-home installation in step with on-site works and avoiding the delays of retrofitting after handover.
Once the appliances and curtains arrived on site, Austrend's engineers ran joint commissioning across the network, lighting, curtains, and appliances to confirm everything operated flawlessly together.
After the owners moved in, Austrend's after-sales team followed up on real day-to-day use and fine-tuned several living scenes.
