How the project started
The client wanted a complete smart-home environment, but site access during construction was not available. That meant the system had to be carefully planned in advance and executed rapidly once handover took place.

Austrend worked closely with the client and their builder to finalize wiring strategy, system design, and installation sequencing before keys were released.
On the day of settlement, the team mobilized on-site and delivered the upgrade across security, networking, lighting control, access, curtains, and in-home control hardware.
