Because the home was planned early in the build, the brief was not to add isolated smart products later, but to design an integrated system that would feel seamless from day one.

How we shaped the solution
Austrend coordinated the smart infrastructure from the early construction stage, allowing automation, access control, lighting, network systems, CCTV, and security to be planned together rather than retrofitted in parts.
The final environment includes automated driveway and garage gates, facial recognition entry, whole-home intelligent lighting, robotic cleaning integration, and tailored scene control that supports everyday living.
