Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

  • You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will:

  • Arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and

  • Cover all return shipping costs.

All faulty product returns must be inspected and approved before a refund or replacement is processed.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please email us at info@austrend-co.com.au with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is faulty)

We will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
